Starting December 1, 2024: You must open a new commuter account at Fidelity by visiting www.netbenefits.com.
If you already have a username and password for the 401(k) or another Fidelity account, use that same login information. Otherwise, select Register as a new user.

Key Dates
|
December 1 – December 10, 2024: Make your commuter elections for January 2025 on www.netbenefits.com. Refer to the How to Enroll in Commuter Benefits flyer for detailed enrollment instructions.

Monthly Deadline: The deadline to make a commuter election is the tenth day of the previous month (e.g., enroll by January 10th for February benefits).
|

Payroll Deductions
|
Starting December: The full amount of your election for the following month will be deducted from one pay period rather than being spread across multiple pay periods (e.g., elections and deductions taken in January are for the benefit month of February).
|
|
Biweekly Pay: The full election amount for the following month will be deducted from your last pay of the month the election is made.
|
|
Weekly Pay: The full election amount for the following month will be deducted from your last pay of the month the election is made.

|
Blackout Period
|
During the transition to Fidelity, there will be a blackout period. No elections will be possible in November for the benefit month of December 2024. However, you may use any remaining balances from Smart-Choice for your December expenses.
Your Eden Red (Smart-Choice commuter) card can be used until December 31, 2024. If you have questions regarding your Smart-Choice commuter account, please reach out to Smart-Choice at 833-423-6387.

Rollover Balances
|
Any remaining 2024 Smart-Choice balances will transfer to Fidelity in February 2025 and will be available to use for qualified commuter expenses.
