Effective January 1, 2026, Fidelity will become the recordkeeper for Abbott's retirement savings plans including the Stock Retirement Plan ("SRP") in the U.S. and the Plan de Retiro de Acciones (Puerto Rico) ("Puerto Rico SRP"). On this site, you will find details about the transition for both locations.

To print any monthly, quarterly or annual statements you may want prior to the transition, please contact Alight at AbbottBenefits.com (digital.alight.com/abbott for the Puerto Rico SRP) before 3 p.m. CT (4 p.m. ET) on December 31, 2025.
